Meet the Founder

Nikita, a dedicated caregiver to her mother and Muse for over 16 years, embarked on a journey to wellness by launching Tastefullydone Hometique- a wellness boutique of body care and home fragrances carefully crafted with natural ingredients and essential oils, reflecting her mother's appreciation for the beauty of nature.

Inspired by her mother's challenges with sickle cell disease, she expanded her services to include health coaching at Life Wellness With Nikita. Nikita helps people reclaim their health and vitality through an individualized coaching program. Nikita assist individuals in reclaiming their health and vitality through a personalized coaching program. She prioritizes sustainable lifestyle changes to help clients address the root causes of health problems rather than just treating symptoms. Nikita's coaching program aims to improve clients' physical health, stress management, and mindset to create long-term behavioral changes.

Experience

Nikita Y. Jackson is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She has over 30 years in leadership and organizational management. She holds a Master of Science in Urban Policy and Planning from the New School for Social Research in New York City and a Certificate in Holistic Health Coaching from Legacy Holistic Health Institute.

She is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Nikita is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve optimum health and well-being through a holistic approach. She strongly believes in combining traditional business practices with holistic wellness strategies to create a more balanced and productive work environment.

Nikita is the author of Brotherhood of Black Fathers, Book of Affirmations on Health and Wellness, which was published on Amazon in November 2020. Her coaching philosophy focuses on promoting comprehensive well-being while considering her clients' values and priorities. She is happily married to the love of her life for more than thirty years and together they have two adult sons.
